Job Description & Performance Objectives

The ‘Graphic Designer’ at WEBO Digital is expected to interpret our client’s needs and come up with creative designs with high visual impacts. A designer will predominantly be working on designs for digital and physical collaterals such as Brochures, Magazine Covers, Advertisements, Lead Magnets, Web Banners and so on.

This position requires a high level of creativity and visual design knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designs they have done in the past.

The specific tasks of a Graphic Designer include:

  • Have a clear understanding of what direction the client wants a design to achieve.
  • Should be able to manage their time and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Have creative knowledge of Color Theories and Typography to get the best outcome.
  • Must be able to collaborate and get along with other Designers and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Come up with exceptional designs for Digital and Print Collateral such as Advertisements, Magazine Covers, Brochure, eBooks, and many more.
  • Put together a Brand Guideline (Logos, Letterhead, Business Cards, etc.) to establish a creative direction for a certain company.
  • Ensure high-quality design iterations are completed within the provided time frame.
  • Retouch or Manipulate an image to enhance its quality and optimise its size.
  • Have knowledge of various range Design Tools (Preferably InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

Qualifications

  • Proven Work Experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong design portfolio.
  • Experience in efficiently using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Can communicate proficiently in English both written and verbally.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
